Customer Retention Coordinator
Description
Ambia, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a customer retention specialist. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant contribution to our fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
- Communicate with customers in a way that fosters trust and empathy
- Be the positive interaction that changes a potentially unhappy customer into a customer that respects and trusts Ambia
Retention Effort Coordination:
- Coordinate effectively with other departments that play a part in retaining a customer
- Communicate effectively via text, email, phone calls, and internal chats
Process Improvement:
- Identify trends and best practices related to customer retention
- Create and test new strategies aimed at increasing customer retention
- Collect feedback from customers and other departments related to customer retention
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer retention, advanced customer service, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Creative mindset with the ability to find solutions to a wide range of customer set backs.
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues proactively.
- Adaptability and a willingness to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
