The role of the Operations Manager is to maximize construction efforts, and resource efficiency of all things construction-related. The Operations Manager will ensure that day-to-day processes and projects are completed in a timely manner. The Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing detailed solutions to complex technical problems. This role will be a key member in the installation process to ensure that crews are following company SOPs, Quality standards are met, and will manage multiple crews. They will be working not only with foremen and crews, but with Subcontractors, and corporate leadership and will need to know how to utilize resources to get projects completed. They will work with Corporate leaders to ensure that communication between the field and office is maximized and maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Support the operations team by providing clear and concise install information
- Ability to follow key performance goals and company practices
- Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Ability to scale residential homes
- OSHA 30 or be able to obtain
- Computer Skills Word, Excel Preferred
- A proven track record of delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget
- Install Sense units
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in the solar industry, preferred but not required.
- Relevant past work experience: Foreman, Crew Lead, Area Manager, etc.
- Knowledge with a wide range of residential solar products (inverters, modules, etc)
- Strong skills in Solar Construction
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Previous experience managing people
- Valid and current US Driver’s License required (must be active for a minimum of 4 years)
