Aeroseal Technician

You will be responsible for:

• Completing Aeroseal services in residential homes, including but not limited to: 
  • Setting up the tools and machinery required to seal air ducts
  • Getting into crawl spaces and attics
  • Cutting sheet metal
  • Blocking off duct registers with tape and foam blocks 
  • Educating homeowners on Aeroseal as necessary
• Safely driving a company vehicle with all of your equipment to the jobsite.
• Providing exceptional customer service and communication. 
• Completing reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a safe working environment. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• An appetite for ownership and accountability.
• An attitude of seeing ways to get a job done rather than looking for reasons why it can’t be done. 
• A respectable knowledge of hand and power tools relating to the job.
• Basic computer skills necessary to operate Aeroseal equipment software.
• The ability to think critically, problem solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
