• Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and text regarding their solar journey.
• Following through on detail-oriented work and deadlines
• Taking responsibility for individual and shared tasks
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution. Collaborate with other departments to address technical concerns and coordinate on-site visits if necessary.
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, the installation process, and ongoing maintenance to ensure a smooth and informed experience.
