Aeroseal Technician

What You Get to Do

• Completing Aeroseal services in residential homes, including but not limited to
  • Setting up the tools and machinery required to seal air ducts
  • Getting into crawl spaces and attics
  • Cutting sheet metal
  • Blocking off duct registers with tape and foam blocks
  • Educating homeowners on Aeroseal as necessary
• Safely driving a company vehicle with all of your equipment to the jobsite
• Providing exceptional customer service and communication
• Completing reports and documentation in a timely manner
• Maintaining a safe working environment

What You Bring to Ambia

• You know as well as we do that this job is tough, often requiring you to
  • Consistently lift 100 pounds
  • Be on your feet the entire day (which is often long)
  • Be comfortable in tight, cramped, often hot spaces
  • Be comfortable working at different heights
• A respectable knowledge of hand and power tools relating to the job
• Basic computer skills necessary to operate Aeroseal equipment software
• The ability to think critically, problem solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A driver’s license with a clean driving record
• The ability to pass a background check
• An appetite for ownership and accountability
• An attitude of seeing ways to get a job done rather than looking for reasons why it can’t be done

Pay Range: Up to $300 a day
