Fleet Coordinator

The Position

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Fleet Manager, drivers, and other department leadership. This position will focus on the day-to-day operations of the fleet and safety needs such as maintaining up-to-date information in fleet systems, preparing reports, maintaining vehicle registration, and overseeing vehicle safety & maintenance needs.

  • Oversee completion of safety and vehicle audits, report results to management
  • Support drivers and managers with day-to-day fleet and safety needs
  • Generate fleet tracking and safety reports for management review
  • Ensure records are accurate with fleet management company, insurance, and internal websites
  • Facilitate onboarding of new vehicles working with various vendors and insurance
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for field employees

 

What You Bring to Ambia

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Excel, Microsoft, Mac
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve and coordinate multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Range: $15 – $18 an hour
